A Festival Of New Work And Fresh Perspectives By Emerging Theatremakers.

Maiden Speech is a dynamic and exciting theatre festival staging brand new work by emerging theatremakers. Back for a second year, Maiden Speech is bigger, bolder and it’s got bite! More than 40 emerging practitioners will come together to stage 16 new shows, aiming to offer fresh perspectives on gender, sexuality and identity through a myriad of stories and styles. Brought to you by a team of Mountview graduates, the festival will present drag performance and dark comedy, musicals and spoken word, solo shows and so much more.
