This episode discusses the emotional rollercoaster that is experienced when living with Long Covid. I reflect upon my emotions and how I have felt very alone at times. The multitude of emotions I feel.  I also discuss and  explore how external factors can have an impact on your emotions.
I explore the factors of the grief cycle and how they feature in the Long Covid journey. This is a process  I continue to go through, moving around the spectrum of the grief cycle. I explain what the cycle is and how each element causes effect.
