What if the thing holding you back is not effort, ability, or opportunity?
What if it is consistency?
In this episode, I break down why consistency is one of the most powerful drivers of trust, progress, and long term results.
Anyone can show up once. Anyone can have a good day. Anyone can make one strong decision. But what actually defines you is what you do repeatedly.
That pattern becomes your reputation.
A common question is what really holds people back. Most of the time, it is not a lack of ability. It is inconsistency. When action is not sustained, progress slows, confidence drops, and results become unpredictable.
I explain why consistency creates predictability, and why predictability builds trust. When people know what to expect from you, they become more confident in how you operate. That trust strengthens relationships, improves teamwork, and creates better outcomes over time.
On the other hand, inconsistency creates uncertainty. Even strong performance can be undermined if it is not repeated. Over time, this affects how others see you, and how you see yourself.
This also connects to identity. What you do consistently becomes who you are. Small actions, repeated daily, shape your habits, your standards, and your results.
I also break down a key idea. Consistency is not about perfection. It is about showing up and following through more often than not. Waiting for motivation leads to inconsistency. Relying on standards creates reliability.
This builds directly on the previous episodes in the series. After understanding standards and taking ownership of what you accept, this is about reinforcing those standards through repeated action.
Because standards set the direction, but consistency is what makes them real.
I also share a simple way to start. Identify one area where you are inconsistent. Choose one small action. Repeat it daily for seven days. No pressure. No perfection. Just consistency.
If you apply this in one area, it will begin to spread into others.
If you have been feeling stuck or inconsistent, this episode will help you refocus on what actually drives progress.
Because your reputation is not built on what you say or intend to do.
It is built on what you consistently do.
