In footy, squaring the hips is almost beneficial when trying to hit a target, ask Toots. Same goes for podcasts. Efficiency is key - and this week we bring it to you in spades. A handful of juicy games across the dominant codes, we look into some Games of Interest. Wuss gives us his thoughts on the British Open where Aussie Cam Green walked away with the Claret Jug. Dickos opens up the chest and provides us with a thorough, detailed and dare I say profitable insight into the big Group 1 at Caulfield (Race 8), finishing with Kenny and a deep dive into the upcoming French Grand Prix.
The Loose Head and Feed Boys are up and about this week - there's a good energy in the room. State of Origin 3 is upon us, the decider, in what will no doubt be a hotly contested match. A deep dive kicks off the show, followed by the narrative of the Cronulla Sharks greatest side from 1990-present. We analyse Games of Interest in both the NRL and AFL and load up in what could be the most anticipated LHF Multi in our history. Dicko and Toots align in their bets for the British Open whilst Kenny and Wuss are 'all over' the favourite Rory McIlroy. A sharp show this week, worthy of a listen.

We dive into the F1 early on, backing it up with an early preview of State of Origin 3. Round 17 NRL and AFL previews follow, but this week, we are introducing a new segment - first cab off the rank, the LHF lads dissect and discuss the best Sydney Swans side of the modern era, going back to 1996 through to present day. A few controversial selections we must say. Rounding off the show, we look at our best bets for the upcoming Scottish Open where Jordan Spieth is firming to be hard to beat. Tune in and let us know your thoughts!
