Sending you a note and a quote about enlightenment. After my morning walk, listening to another podcast on discipline, I realized I can use this podcast as my daily discipline to share notes of love to you- my audience! I want this to be the first of several short love notes. Then I play a bunch of notes on my piano- this is a song I always meditate on that I wrote called “Wonders” - very contemplative and changes as I change.
