  • Change The Way You Change
“Change is scary” a word touted by millions if not billions every day of the week. Change in routine is known to confuse animals, changes in services upset customers, change on the ground is enough to buy a can of soda.
We are surrounded by change, it’s inevitable. It’s the only part of life we know we can expect without exception. With this knowledge why is change feared and is it justified?
    Of course not.
Change is always for the best and today I will help show you why.
P.S. I say this is the best episode because listening back I'm still amazed at the message. This is something everyone can benefit from I'd love to know your thoughts on this subject.

  • Ikigai - Why I get up every morning

Ikigai is a Japanese term roughly translated to "A reason for being" or "A reason to get up in the morning" Ikigai is a mentality popular among Japanese culture and is partially a contribution as to why those living in rural Japan live longer healthier lives. In this episode we speak about the importance of implementing Ikigai into your morning routine and the benefits it offers. "

This episode was inspired by a chapter from the book "The Happiness Equation" I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone as the life lessons are timeless.

  • How many followers does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Everyone has that friend who brags about how many followers they have. It was only a few years ago getting anything in front of more than ten people would seem impossible. Thanks to social media pictures of your cat can be seen by thousands if not millions. What I’ve always questioned was, does it really matter?

  • There's No Such Thing as a Dragon - What a children's book taught me about overcoming fear

At some point in your life, you will come face to face with a dragon. I’m not talking about a fire-breathing reptile from medieval times but a problem that stands between you and the goal.

The idea of the dragon is used throughout history. The knight wants to marry the princess but the king will not allow it until the dragon destroying the kingdom is dealt with.

In our hero’s case, he literally needs to slay a dragon to reach his happy ending. In our case, the dragon is often smaller and more subtle.

    I hope you enjoy!

Please share it with your friends so they can learn too. Knowledge is power!
