Episode 10: When your mind starts spiralling out of control from things not going your way or you get so overwhelmed you'd rather go to your car and cry than handle the responsibility in front of you... just know, you're not alone. This week's bonus episode is a little unhinged. Nothing went right today, but Amanda found a way to laugh it off and make the most of a... let's say... gross situation. And if she can find ways to calm herself down, so can you.

Episode 9: This holiday season Amanda lays down the law. DO NOT “call your ex.” You’ve done too much, put in too much work, and been through too much growth to let yourself slip back into whatever trap you escaped, door you shut, or pick up that heavy baggage again. This does not have to be your actual “ex” partner… maybe it’s a lost job, an opportunity that rejected you, an eating disorder looming its ugly head, or losing a toxic friend. The end of the year is the season for reevaluating your priorities, your emotions, and your energy--and most importantly--where to spend it. Why not spend it where they matter most? Spend it on YOU. Spend it on your TRIBE. Spend it on what’s WORTHWHILE.CONNECT WITH AMANDA:

Episode 8: On this episode, Amanda interviews her sister Hayley Reed about her crucial “What Now?!” moments as a single mom, raising twins, working two jobs, and balancing professional goals with her personal life. If you had told Hayley ten years ago she would end up changing careers, and then end up simultaneously supporting her twins through unexpected trauma, helping her mother through cancer, and become a master salesman and public speaker for Tupperware… she would have never believed you in a million years. But now, she’s faced down depression and stress like a champ and continues to climb her way out of her worst “What Now?!” moments with grace and gratitude.
