Off the back of a slow news week, the guys talk shop around politics, the US President's COVID-19 diagnosis, and even congratulate Zendaya on winning an Emmy. For the month of October it's Black History Month in the UK, and they'll be celebrating black figures from the past as well as the present, as well as talking about the works of people in black culture. For the rest of the month, a person (or people) will be celebrated, as well as past or present things black people have contributed to the world.

Today the guys start with a heavy topic regarding Suicide Awareness month (1:45) and encourage anyone experiencing difficulties to seek help however that may look. On a lighter note, Joe ends up recalling the simpler times growing up (36:15) including things we had and lost, old trends and such. The guys briefly talk reality tv including the new season of Love Island USA (50:35) then go on to talk about the new Government lockdown restrictions coming into place (58:23). In today's episode the guys end up accidentally freestyling most of the day's content after a slow news week. But they begin today's episode with a tribute to Chadwick Boseman, then go on to talk about missing Notting Hill Carnival 2020, and briefly discuss the furor around Adele's instagram post. Amongst a slew of other topics, the government encouraging the old normal is discussed, the origin of Joe's "foot fetish", the worst way they've been curved, and how far you'd go to accomodate your partner in a relationship.  Hit us up on the socials!

They then go on to discuss issues surrounding domestic violence in relationships and the problems that arise as a result of abusive relationships (26:47). On a lighter note, Ren asks what the potential problems could be regarding dating two friends at once (47:00) then the guys go on to talk about navigating online dating in this day and age (51:52) and end on the subject of getting cosmetic surgery, and touch on what that looks like for men.
