Wellness Wednesday: Returning the Soul to the Solstice with Lara J. Day
What if the darkest season of the year wasn't something to rush through—but an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and listen?
Join Uma Alexandra Beepat on Wellness Wednesday, a production of The Lotus Lounge Podcast, for a conversation with Lara J. Day, author of 13 Sacred Nights Oracle: A Yearly Solstice Tradition.
Together, we'll explore the ancient-inspired practice of the 13 Sacred Nights and how reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the season can help us rediscover the deeper meaning of the Solstice.
In this episode, we'll explore:
- The meaning and practice of the 13 Sacred Nights
- Why the season of darkness can be a powerful time for reflection and renewal
- How we've become disconnected from the natural rhythms of the seasons
- Ways to bring greater intention and sacredness back into the holiday season
- How seasonal alignment can support our own co-creative relationship with life
