Not really as the Lounatics are up to their usual shenanigans. In this episode, the Lounatics give a brief recap of recent performances by the Blues before honing in on this week's focus: New Year's resolutions for the Blues, Cardinals, and CITY SC.

This week the Lounatics met up with Jacob from the Blues Fan Forum and shenanigans ensued. We discussed recent happenings in the Blues world and get Jacob's opinions on what to expect from CITY SC and your St. Louis Cardinals in 2024.

This week the Lounatics break down what was a wild week for the Blues and St. Louis CITY!

They discuss Berube's termination that occurred 15 minutes after they recorded last week's episode, and argue over the significance of offhand statements as a young athlete. Looking at you, Kyrou.

For CITY, the Lounatics break down new signings, the Super Draft, the CONCACAF Champions Cup draw and the importance of the U.S. Open Cup.

Sandwiched in the middle is a segment about how Yamomoto could still sign with the Cardinals, which was disproven 20 minutes later when the news broke that he signed with the Dodgers.

This week the Lounatics are over estimating their abilities at, well, everything.

This week we break down:

- Mizzou's season, and end of year awards

- The Blues news regarding Vrana hitting waivers and the impact the current losing streak is having on the season outlook. And, in true Lounatics form, finished recording about 20 minutes PRIOR to the announcement that Chief was fired

- Yadi joining the Cardinals in an official capacity, and some of what the Ohtani signing impact will be on the free agent class, and what the Cards still need to do

- How Lutz is still a roster mastermind, but traded away some of John's favorites for a new defensive midfielder

The Cardinals are shaking and baking and setting the free agent market. We give our takes on free agent signings, coaching changes, and break down if we feel the Blues and Cardinals are now Pretenders or Contenders.

The baseball offseason is in full swing and the Cardinals have done... nothing. Well, almost nothing. We break down the impact of what move's we've had already and then talk about why the Blues have been up and down so far this year. We end celebrating Thanksgiving by talking about what makes us thankful in St. Louis sports this year.

With today being the opening of free agency, we decided to release our long teased episode regarding moves that your St. Louis Cardinals need to make to be competitive next year.
