Confessions of a Woman Tired of Living Small
What happens when you become tired of watching yourself live beneath what you know you are capable of?
Confessions of a Woman Tired of Living Small is an honest, ongoing investigation into the space between the life we envision and the life we repeatedly practice.
This isn't a podcast from the other side of transformation. It's a woman witnessing herself in real time—examining the beliefs, behaviors, habits, fears, fantasies, faith, failures, and internal narratives that keep turning an expansive vision into a contained life.
Here, we talk about the things we don't usually want witnessed: scarcity, shame, avoidance, self-sabotage, money, loneliness, unfinished dreams, perception management, digital consumption, identity, discipline, relationships, spirituality, and the uncomfortable possibility that sometimes “I'm too far gone” can feel easier to believe than “I can change.”
But confession isn't the destination.
The point of witnessing is to understand.
And the point of understanding is to create the possibility of change.
This is a record of that process—from “What is wrong with me?” to “What am I practicing?” From vision to provision. From shame to responsibility. From fantasy to participation. From knowing what could be to learning how to build it.
There are no promises of overnight transformation here.
Just honest questions, uncomfortable discoveries, experiments, failures, breakthroughs, and the evidence collected along the way.
Because perhaps we aren't as far gone as we think.
Perhaps we've simply been practicing the wrong things for a very long time.
This is a confession.
This is an investigation.
This is a woman learning how to stop living small.
