The North Lincolnshire Coffee Festival is a vibrant event for coffee enthusiasts, connoisseurs and professionals, held annually. The 2024 festival took place on July 6th and 7th and has been operating and successfully running for a couple of years.

Organisers: The festival was at Cafe Natura owned and managed by Daniella, a local business passionate about coffee and community engagement.

With the event co-founders being local coffee professionals Alex Merrick and Stefano Duranti, both who have actively changed the local coffee industry and scene for both businesses and the local community, by fostering a collaborative and safe place for individuals to nurture and gain a deeper understanding and knowledge base on this beautiful craft.

Location: The event is held in North Lincolnshire, with the exact venue typically announced closer to the date.

Highlights of the Event

Big Names in Coffee attend: The festival featured prominent names in the coffee industry, such as Victoria Arduino – Alex Mackay and Stokes Tea and Coffee – Rianna, Jonathan Morris – Coffee Historian, Camilla Morgan - Eversys, Lincoln and York’s Tom Altoft and Abbi from Seven Districts and Moma-foods.

Activities: Attendees enjoyed live music, cocktails, and street food. There was also coffee discussions, live roasting sessions, tasting challenges, and home brewing workshops to enjoy.

Competitions: One of the highlights is the Latte Art Throwdown, where the participants showcased their latte art skills for a bumper prize of goodies.

The festival is a fantastic opportunity for coffee lovers to immerse themselves in the world of coffee, learn new skills, and enjoy a lively atmosphere.

This panel discussion was held at previous Festivals and over both days for this weekend, the recording available for listening was recorded on the Saturday.
