This weekend in Ann Arbor offers a variety of unique events. The First Presbyterian Church will host the Fever Candlelight Concerts with the Kalkaska String Quartet performing tributes to Adele and Coldplay on Saturday evening, with tickets ranging from $26 to $57. The University of Michigan’s Voice and Opera Department presents Engelbert Humperdinck’s “Hansel und Gretel,” a family-friendly opera, running Thursday to Sunday, with tickets priced between $29 and $35. The Bicentennial Thrill of the Mills event celebrates the 200th anniversaries of Ann Arbor, Dexter, and Dixboro, featuring historical tours of local mills.
