The Lucy Walsh Podcast

The LW Working Actor's Intensive Series welcomes Actor & Musician GRAYSON RUSSELL as our special guest.

Grayson burst into the acting world at age 7, with his iconic role in Talladega Nights as Will Farrell's foul-mouthed youngster, and has gone on to create a white-hot career that spans film, television and music.

In this exclusive conversation, Grayson shares personal insights & onset experience about some of his work with legendary filmmakers, from his roles in Tom Hanks' Greyhound & Garry Marshall's Mother's Day, to his current hit Television show Blue Ridge: The Series.

He takes us back in time to discuss his roles in cult classics like Fregley in Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, and gives us a peek into the future of what he's releasing next in his music.

Busy performing with his own band & playing for chart topping artists on the worlds most important stages & festivals (O2 London, Nashville's Ryman, Stagecoach, etc) we're thrilled we got this priceless chance to talk with Grayson about what it is to live creatively at the top of one's professional game.

Grayson's artistic advice is attitude & strategy gold for not only actors & musicians - but all those wanting to know what it means to let your passion guide your life choices, and have a blast while doing it.

Comedienne & Entrepreneur Abigail Denniston is on the show!

Join us for this hilarious & honest conversation about embracing the wild ride of business, creativity, motherhood, marriage, & perimenopause.

We get into the inspiration behind Abi's iconic Irish Therapist character — from terrible therapy to Irish mothers, & the traumatizing experience of a therapist who actually fell asleep mid-session!

Abi shares about the exhilarating journey of running her global brand Weird Watercolours, the liberation of an official ADHD diagnosis, legally standing up for what's right in business & actually winning, imposter syndrome around our heart's desires & taking the leap anyway, the importance of carving out personal space in our homes to invite the creative muse, & learning that it's safe now to ask for what you need in marriage.

PLUS: Daily time in nature as a non-negotiable, the shame of neglected treadmills, the thrill of a sexy coffee date while the kids are at school — & the dream of escaping in the caravan with the dog for a day of doing absolutely nothing.

Press play. You’re going to love this one.
