LUKE 12 - In 5 Minutes - 2BeLikeChrist

Jesus warns His listeners about the leaven of the Pharisees, teaches on covetousness with the parable of the rich fool, advises His disciples to be faithful and watchful servants, and condemns the Jews for being unable to interpret the signs of the times.

Jesus teaches His disciples how to pray (the model prayer/the Lord's prayer), He is accused of casting out demons by Beelzebul, and He rebukes the Pharisees and lawyers with a series of "woes" at the end of the chapter.

In chapter 10, Jesus sends 72 disciples to preach about the Kingdom of God, gives the parable of the Good Samaritan, and discusses priorities with Mary and Martha.

In chapter 9, Jesus sends the 12 Apostles out to preach, feeds 5000 people, Peter confesses Jesus to be the Messiah, Jesus is transfigured, He casts out a boy with an unclean spirit, and talks to three men about the cost of becoming His disciple.

In chapter 8, Jesus teaches the parable of the sower, calms the storm on Galilee, cast out a demon in the Gadarenes, healed a woman with a discharge of blood, and raised Jairus' daughter from the dead.

In chapter 7, Jesus healed a centurion's servant, raised a widow's son from the dead in the town of Nain, discussed his identity with John's disciples, and forgave the sins of a sinful woman in Simon the Pharisee's house.

The Pharisees attempt to accuse Jesus of breaking the Sabbath, He heals a man with a withered hand, selects 12 Apostles, and teaches the people about the Kingdom of God.
