6.     The closer you get - the bigger it feels.

7.     Because resistance requires so much more energy then surrender.

8.     When it feels easy, you have learnt all you need. You are ready!

I've had some powerful reminders around 'being' rather than 'doing' recently.

And I felt guided to talk in this week's episode about what it takes to be, surrender and still your energy, as opposed to  being in a state of 'doing'.

Not so long ago, when faced with an uncomfortable situation, I tended to go into a frenzy of activity to ‘fix’ and distract, rather than accept & surrender.

I was unpractised in allowing my discomfort in.

I didn't feel safe and told myself it was wrong to feel this way.

Now I'm intentionally leaning into my discomfort which feels yucky BUT I know I will feel so much better if I do.

Find out how we miss out on growth if we  do not allow ourselves to open up to discomfort.

And how we need a blend of both being and doing but the mastery is knowing what is needed in the moment.
