This dark moon phase always feels unsettling & questionning. This is because in the lead up to the birthing of a new moon, this is when the skies hold the least amount of light. Consequently you will naturally feel inclined to go within...

This week's episode is about how my emotional waters have been turbulent for me at times!

I take a deeper dive into the process of growth and how this can really push us especially when we are getting ourselves out there or stepping up in some way in our life.

This epsiode is more of a personal anecdote to illustrate the ups and downs of transformational growth. I use the example of a recent programme launch for Lunar Light Worker which really didn't unfold in the ways I expected it to. And this really pushed me BIG TIME!

During it, I realised I was being overly focussed over my launch...Over-investing in time and energy & stifling outcome.

Sometimes it can be hard to come back from wanting to control change, but surrender is a necessary way forwards for growth.

I wanted to record this more personal episode because I get how hard our challenges can be and how alone we can feel in these relentlessly, intense times.

If you are someone who consciously goes through their growth processes then I love that  you are willing to go deep and look at your shadow so you can reconnect to your light!

Remember, your beautiful light is so precious...so keep it lit!
