In this week's episode I talk about the divine soul aspect of growth. A cycle which we are continually traversing whether on a big or small scale.

This is an organic process which we all experience but not always consciously. As a result we can become very stuck in the first stages of the growth cycle.

This is because soul growth is often triggered by the challenges & fears we encounter. Sometimes through pushing our growth intentionally or from blocks which need clearing so we can move forwards.
 
These triggers  allow our inner demons to rise. And this feels uncomfortable.

During this week's episode, a warts & all one, I talk about my Shirley Valentine moments.
 
I coined this phrase from the 80s British film - Shirley Valentine - which for me epitomises  soul growth and the continual battle of feeling expansive but blocked at the same time.

If we are pushing our soul growth, we can sometimes feel like the gap is widening between our self and our loved ones and we may even feel like we are leaving them behind in some ways.

We start to fear the transformation and yet we desire it so deeply that this creates a sense of conflict & confusion within.

When we evolve with soul, we shift in frequency and those around us will more often then not, catch us up, but in their own timeline.

In this episode, I talk about our Kryptonite being the key to our healing.

Everyone has their own Kryptonite which pulls them away from their point of internal balance & true essence. Kryptonite is synonomous with weakness and manifests differently for everyone. 

Whatever yours is, it will surface and when it does it will probably take you out of yourself...away from your point of balance.

If you become stuck in it, it becomes very difficult to be centred.

Creating solid foundations for yourself so that when you do feel your kryptonite rise in the form of fear, enables you to hold yourself in this, and gently pull yourself back to centre...

Like the pyramid, the wider the base the taller we stand and the higher we reach to  our vision & Soul calling.

This week's episode was inspired by the current cosmological weather.

At the time of recording this episode, we have recently entered an eclipse season which is proving to be intense.

Eclipse seasons always bring very chaotic and rapidly shifting energy. You will be feeling the highs and lows of these energy gusts. You will also be called to look at what continues to hold you back in order to actively start to clear this for yourself.

We are often called to face our inner demons and rising fears in these high intensity periods.

Fear is often at the root of our debilitating emotions and can cause us to go into overwhelm. Learning to navigate your fear is a crucial part of the clearing and cleansing cycle.

In this week's epsiode, I talk about those periods of darkness which we all traverse and how these times can potentially help us to grow and re-connect to our light.

These times of struggle have been given different names throughout the ages. They have been referred to as Transference shifts; spiritual initiations; the void or dark nights of the soul, to name a few.

They relate to times that we ALL traverse where life feels very challenging for us. During these times, we can find ourself in a deep state of confusion with many emotions rising for us. We can feel separate from loved ones and in a deep state of fear & confusion.

But however difficult these times are, they also represent opportunities for growth.

When we start to open up and shift our perception and see them for what they are, we learn to surrender to what is unfolding for us. We dance with our fear and this is when we discover the true gold & essence of ourself.
