The Luxury Hillbilly Hideaway

Dakota County Sheriff Joe Leko and Deputy Chief Dan Bianconi step into the Hideaway for a conversation that goes beyond the badge.

We talk law enforcement, leadership, the realities of running a sheriff’s office, the challenges facing deputies today, and what happens behind the scenes that the public rarely gets to hear about. Joe and Dan share stories from their careers, their perspectives on serving Dakota County, and plenty of laughs along the way.

No podium. No press conference. Just a couple of cops hanging out with Lux and Bullet in the garage.
