This Christmas horror was co-written and directed by Michael Dougherty and is based on the Austro-Bavarian folklore. The film stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette, David Koechner & Stefania LaVie Owen. In this film, a dysfunctional family spending the holidays together is terrorized by a dark entity who feasts on the negative energy during a joyous time. This film had small opening in late November of 2015 but hit theaters nationwide on December 4th, which is coincidentally the day before “Krampusnacht”, an Eastern European day when the dark being is said to be walking the streets looking for the children on the “naughty list”.

The fifth film in this franchise is also the first to not to have Steven Spielberg or George Lucas involved. This film was cowritten and directed by James Mangold and sees Harrison Ford return as the titular character as well Karen Allen & John Rhys-Davies return. Newcomers include Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Toby Jones, Antonio Bandares & Mads Mikkelsen. In this film, Indy and his goddaughter set out to stop a rouge Nazi group from acquiring an ancient artifact that can change the fabrics of time both past and present. This film was originally slated for a 2019 release but due to rewrites and the COVID-19 pandemic, it saw its release date delayed until July 2023 and then a Disney+ release in December 2023.

This week’s football game saw some heavy hitters fall and some major upsets. Thursday night’s game was the Seattle Seahawks and the Dallas Cowboys, Sunday night saw the Green Bay Packers hosting the Kansas City Chiefs and Monday night featured the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Cincinnati Bengals. The NFL’s Thanksgiving tradition brought us some iconic moments but this Thanksgiving day saw 3 primetime games. Then on Black Friday, Prime Video held a game of their own as the Miami Dolphins take on the New York Jets. Sunday night saw the Baltimore Ravens play the San Diego Chargers and Monday night saw the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings. Sunday afternoon’s games were Texans / Jaguars, Raiders / Chiefs, Bills / Eagles & Bucs / Colts.

Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Plus bring us the sequel 26 years in the making. The film was directed by Phil Traill and sees Kenan Thompson & Kel Mitchell return to their original characters while also being joined by a slew of newcomers like, Jillian Bell, Leslie Jones, Liza Koshy & Lil Rey Howery while also featuring some returning characters like Carmen Electra, Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg & Danny Tamberelli. In this film, Dexter Reed returns home after a losing a major entrepreneur opportunity and gets his old job back at “Good Burger”. Thanks to his old friend Ed, Dexter is back home but soon realizes that the business and Ed are in danger from a major tech company looking to franchise “Good Burger”. Talks about a sequel began around 2015 after the original sketch was on The Tonight Show and soon made official in 2022 as Kenan Thompson himself made the announcement. The film was released exclusively on Paramount Plus on November 22.

This murder mystery film is based on the 1969 novel, “A Hallowe’en Party” by Agatha Christie is the 3rd film in the “Poirot” trilogy following 2022’s “Death on the Nile” & the 2017 film, “Murder on The Orient Express”. All 3 films star and are directed by Kenneth Branagh who plays the titular character, Belgian detective, “Hercule Poirot”. Also in this film is Tina Fey, Jaime Dornan, Kelly Reilly, Camille Cottin, Riccardo Scamarcio & Michelle Yeoh. This sees the Belgian detective enjoying retirement in Venice, when an old colleague informs him of a case in the same area revolving around the supernatural powers of a medium and a famed opera singer’s deceased daughter. This film came to fruition during the making of the previous film and was set have Branagh return to direct and star in it.

The latest WWE premium live event took place in Chicago, Illinois. The Wargames Match returned, as the women’s match saw Bianca Belair, Charolette Flair, Becky Lynch & Shotzi taking on Damage Control, Bayley, Asuka, Kari Sane and the WWE Women’s Champion, Iyo Ski. The men’s match featured The Judgement Day, JD McDonagh, the NXT North American Champion, Dominick Mysterio and the Undisputed Tag Team Champions, Finn Balor & Damien Priest and Drew McIntyre taking on the team of “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, “Main Event” Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, the World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins & the returning Randy Orton, who hasn’t been seen in over 18 months with an injury. In other matches, “The Ring General” Gunther defends the Intercontinental Championship against “The A Lister” The Miz, Santos Escobar takes on Dragon Lee and Rhea Ripley puts her WWE Women’s World Championship on the line against Zoey Starks.

This film is the 3rd in the “Trolls” franchise following the 2016 original and its 2020 sequel. The main voice cast return, Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Zooey Deschanel, Christopher Mintz-Plasse & Kenan Thompson as well as newcomers, Eric Andre, Daveed Diggs, Troye Sivan, Kid Cudi & Amy Schumer. In this film, Branch’s long lost brother has returned to inform him that another has been kidnapped and the only way to save him is to find their other brothers and band together for the perfect harmony. The film began production in November 2021 and hit theaters on November 17, 2023 and had an exclusive release in Denmark back in October.
