Often times we assume that in order for us to help others with their exercise and nutrition, we have to be perfect with ours. However, it is so unrealistic for us to be perfect or to have to live an aesthetic or lifestyle standard in order for our business to be successful or to impact the lives of others.
Today I am joined by my good friend Alaina Yvon-Moreau, who is a holistic nutritionist and a certified nutritional practitioner. Her blog focuses on helping women ditch the diet and find food freedom. We both share many common beliefs about the diet industry, being holistic nutritionists and living in Winnipeg. I invited Alaina on the show so we could have an open and honest conversation about working the health and wellness industry in 2020 and how we can make sure we’re taking care of ourselves too.
