  • Struggles
Life has taught me that you can't control someone's loyality. No matter how good you are to them, dosen't mean that they will treat you the same. No matter how much they mean to you, dosen't mean they will value you the same. Sometimes the people you love the most, turn out to be the people you can trust the least. Don't take people for granted. No matter how much they love you, people get tired eventually. We are all given chances, but you never know when the last chance may be. All life demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insennsitive to the real values of life. The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today. Your willingness to look at your darkness is what empowers you to change.

  • Parents Of Kids With PTSD
After years of trauma. Abuse and neglect your core foundation is wiped out it feels like your heart and soul are broken shattered into a million pieces that is why healing is a lifelong process and hard hard work... always remember if you have been diagnosed with PTSD it is not a sign of weakness; rather, it is proof of your strength, because you have survived. Instead of saying I'm damaged, I'm broken, I have trust issues say I'm healing, I'm rediscovering myself, I'm starting over positive self talk. Not all wounds are visible treatment works don't wait seek help today. PTSD it's not the person refusing to let go of the the past but the past refusing to let go of the person. So hard when your days and nights are filled with memories you just desperately want to forget over time, as most people fail the survivors exacting test of trustworthiness. She tends to withdraw from relationships the isolation of the Survivor, thus persist even after she is free

  • Parents Of Kids With ADHD
The hardest thing about ADHD is that it's invisible to outsiders. People just assume that we are not being good parents and that our child is a brat, when they don't have an idea how exhausted we truly are. People with ADHD find more success by focusing on their natural talents and then by developing a plan to make those talents even stronger. When you have ADHD your home reflects our thought. In disarray. And like with a disorganized house. You can only apologize for your disorganized Brain so many time before it becomes exhausting. People with ADHD are fully aware that the past and the future exist... the condition means that it is hard to separate them... past hurts feel like they've just happened, and future worries feel like they are happening right now it is not our fault

  • Addiction
A shot to kill the pain a pill to drain the shame a purge to stop the gain a cut to break the vein a smoke to ease the crave a drink to win a game an addiction's addiction because it always hurts the same. But in rising up every time we fall. Never underestimate a recovering addict we fight for our lives every day in ways most people will never understand. You have to fight through some bad days to earn the best days of your life. Keep the faith, the most amazing things in life tend to happen right at the moment you're about to give up hope. Change your behaviors and your feelings will follow. There is no shame in beginning again for you get a chance to build bigger and better than before

  • Stress About Life
I want to live my life without stress and worries, I don't need to be rich or famous, I just want to be happy I'm perfect in my imperfections happy in my pain, strong in my weakness and beautiful in my own way because I'm me. What I do with my life is of my own doing. I live it the best way I can life is for my own to live my own way, I will never apologize for who I am. I've worked too hard on my happiness, to be affected by people and things that don't understand the energy and time I've put into myself I hate crying in front of people so if I have ever cried in front of you, yes it dose kinda mean you're important but mostly it means that I will regret forever
