It felt like it was all too much having suicidal thoughts and finding a way back only now do I realize how much he must have been suffering you eventually learn to trust no one. Being alone sucks but at least you don't have to worry about being let down or hurt again.... you think suicide is cowardly I'll tell you wants cowardly. Hurting someone so much that they want to end their lives sometimes.... it's okay to cry it's okay to be a little upset. Staying positive Dosen't mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know that there are better ones coming. I'm no therapist: I will listen, I will care No. You aren't alone. Yes. We all feel this way sometimes No. You won't always feel like this Yes. The world is a better place with you in it

Being adopted is like being a squared peg trying to fit into a round hole. You just don't fit so after a while you stop trying adoption is a trauma that happens to a child. The child is torn from a mother, placed in the arms of strangers and is left with questions, doubts, fears, and anxiety with no way to verbalize, Express, mourn, or contextualize those feelings. It has been said that adoption is more like a marriage than a birth: two ( or more ) Individuals, each with their own unique mix of needs, patterns and genetic history, coming together with love, hope, , commitment for a joint future you become a family not because you share the same genes but because you share love for each other. Finding my birth family was the single most important moment of my entire life, it was ( As ) if I'd been holding my breath my entire life and for the first time I could let it out. Being adopted means you didn't have any say and everyone expects you to be someone you are not you never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you. Never assume that because a child was adopted that their life is as wonderful as adoption is painted out to be. Many adoptees are grieving the loss of their mother and family. Those feelings don't always go away because a child was adopted. Being a parent wasn't just about bearing a child it was about bearing witness its life a child born to another woman calls me mommy. The magnitude of that tragedy and the depth of that privilege are not lost on me tears are words too painful for a broken heart to speak

More than ever I find myself in the hands of God. This is what I have wanted all my life from my youth. But now there is a difference; the initiative is entirely with God. It is indeed profound spiritual experience to know and feel myself so totally in Gods hands. Dear God I praise you and thank you for all the amazing ways today. I thank you for blessing me with wisdom and understanding. Thank you for carrying me to fulfill the plan you have for my life, may you answer me in my distress. May you give me the desire of my heart in Jesus Name. Amen Let's Pray... Heavenly Father, thank you for this day. We thank you for being able to see, hear, touch, feel and walk this morning. Provide a way for those who lack any of these we pray. Lord we are bless because you are a forgiving god and a understanding God. You've done so much for us and still keep on blessing us also our families and friends, we say thanks. Thanks for opening doors to bless and closed doors that would be detrimental. Forgive us our sins known and unknown. Continue to keep us safe from all dangers and harm , seen and unseen . Let us start today with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. In Jesus Name, Dear Heavenly Father, I know it's time for a change. Give me the courage to keep going. For I am afraid to let go, I believe that when a door opens another opens, for you are faithful. But i am assured that no matter what, there is one thing that never changes Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday, thank you for holding onto me through the different seasons of my life. Almighty God, I thank you that even today's world, I can find peace in you. Help me not to be overwhelmed by the constant bad reports for the world. Help me keep my eyes on you and be enveloped by your peace. In Jesus loving Name. Dear God thank you for all the blessings in my life, big & small, thank you for surrounding me with people who love and care about me

Never judge someone based off of how the look, you don't know their past and what they have been through everyone judges someone to a certain extent. So it bothers me when people say I don't judge others I'm like, yes you do... stop lying please don't judge people you don't know what it took someone to get out of bed, look and feel presentable as possible and face the day. You never truly know the daily struggles of others everyone has untold stories of pain and sadness that make them love and live a little differently than you do. Stop judging! Instead try to understand

Being pregnant is supposed to be the happiest time in your life if a guy leaves his gf/wife while she's pregnant he should never get the opportunity to meet the kid. He made that choice men who think it's okay to sleep with women, get her pregnant and leave are just as pathetic and less of a man you will never be too much or not enough for the right person don't settle for someone who can't love you for who you are it's that look. As if they just, right then, realize you exist, even though they've looked at you a thousand times, that same way . Keep them hes like nobody else in the world. When I'm with him, it's like I'm split in half, part of me is on fire, going crazy if I'm not touching him. The other half is calm and peaceful just perfectly content, knowing he is the one for me

When someone betrays you, it's a reflection of their character, not yours remember, there's a difference between somebody who wants you and somebody who will do anything to keep you. Secrets & lies kill relationship. No matter how careful you are, you will get caught. What's done in darkness always comes to light remember: they cheated because they wanted to, they lied because they could, and now they're sorry because they got caught, it's always about them. You did nothing to cause or deserve it I'm a firm believer in second chances, but I'm also a firm believer that cheaters don't deserve them

Living with anxiety is like being followed by a voice. It knows all your insecurities and urges them against you. It gets to a point when it's the loudest voice in the room. The only one you can hear. I've spent most of my life and most of my friendships holding my breath and hoping that when people get close enough they won't leave, and fearing that is a matter of time before they figure me out and go let your mind & heart rest for a while. You will catch up the world will not stop spinning for you, but you will catch up take a rest whatever you do, never run back to what broke you you're a fighter. Look at everything you've overcome don't give up now there are these moments you think you won't survive and then you survive

Everyone is important and should be treated with compassion and respect in a world where you can be anything be kind if you're only willing to do what's easy, life will be hard but if you're willing to do what's hard life will be easy. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give be the reason someone smiles today the things you take for granted someone else is praying for never judge people who have little to nothing. As one day you may find yourself having nothing at all always respect one another no matter what. Never look down on anyone we must find time to stop and thank the people who make a Difference in our lives

However, I would say that the number one reason why divorce process is so difficult, no matter how long the marriage was, or how many assets have to be divided, is the simple truth that it's hard to separate out the emotions of the marriage and relationship from the business of getting divorced here are the facts to cope with the pain 1. Recognize that it's okay to have different feelings 2. Give yourself a break.... 3. Don't go through this alone 4. Take care of yourself emotionally & physically 5. Avoid power struggles and arguments with your spouse or former spouse 6. Take time to explore your interest 7. Think positivity nobody deserves to go through something like this it's one thing to talk things through but that doesn't mean you can leave your wife anytime you want marriage is supposed to be forever & not a game or a joke but if you just love each other & work things out between you don't let your emotions get in the way of your happiness you give your wife twice as much love than she dose for you she dose everything for you like cooking, cleaning, helping with dishes, doing the laundry, she helps you with getting your kids ready for school so you see your wife dose all that for you but you choose to leave it's pitiful that you choose to go down a path that you can never come back from it hurts a Mother's heart to see you walk out that door not even a couple drinks can safe your marriage do not lose hope

Being in a relationship is something special and not taking it for granted sure you cannot be without them because that is what it is like to be in a healthy relationship but if you think that you want to sneak out or skip out of work, coming home late and pretend that nothing happened then your parents will know where you have been all night but the more you repeat this same process and your will ask you to stay home it's not because that you can't go out it's because your parents are worried about you but if you don't listen and you continue to lie they will know right away that your being abused by your boyfriend you don't deserve that because you deserve better than that you want someone to actually love you the way that you wanted to be treated No parent should never see you in pain cause I know for a fact that it really really breaks a mom's heart you are not alone even though you feel that way you don't actually mean it it's because of the pain that you are going through you are stuck in a Emotional prison in your own mind but the pain is still there you don't have to change for nobody you don't need them to be successful the one person that is successful is you so if your daughter won't leave Abusive relationship I want you to do this surround yourself with the right people that you want in your life and put a strangle hold on a Abusive relationship
