Hi, Kelli with the Show Notes:
In this episode I duck back into the archives to bring you a fascinating interview I did with Raw Food educator Scott Mathias. The book is still available at all good outlets....and I think you'll really appreciate hearing what he has to say.
No preservatives, nothing processed, no meat, wheat, dairy or sugar. No cooking.
Scott has committed to a 100 percent raw plant based lifestyle. He's removed from his pantry any foods that aren't alive. You won't find pasta, rice, or anything processed in Scott's cupboards but what you will find is a treasure trove of essential ingredients for making sweet, sour, salty, crunchy, creamy and tasty raw food.
At 60 plus, I think you'll agree... Scott Mathias doesn't look too shabby either!
