The woman who was killed shouldn't have charged the Capitol.  She shouldn't have trespassed.  I do not support the officer being charged.

A girl used a racial slur when she was 15 as an exclamation.

This was then deployed three years later to ruin her life, which it did.  Thanks to cowards at UTenn and at newspapers.

Racial slurs have been used to mean "A person of race X I do not like because they are doing bad things which that race does more often than others."

Since academics have restricted "racist" to white people, it is used in precisely this same way.

Boston has legally removed a statue of Lincoln just a handful of years after telling us it would begin and end with Confederates.  And yet, liberals for the most part have learned nothing about the mortal danger of leftism.

Breonna Taylor has a statue in California.  Why?  Because leftism, like the religion it is, has martyrs.  But unlike normal religions, leftist martyrs don't have to stand for anything their entire lives.  They just have to be the right race and be killed by the wrong race, profession, etc.

Science means nothing to leftist politicians or journalists aside from what confirms their biases.  Case in point:  Criminalizing the intentional infecting of others with AIDS has "no scientific basis."  Um.  Believing in incentives is something even animals know about (that's why cats claw stuff that does things they don't like), yet is beyond the scientific discoveries of man in the BidenHarris world.

Glenn Greenwald points out that Trump was less authoritarian than, for example, we can expect Biden to be.  The left made up that he was a would-be dictator, but when the perfect opportunities arose he did not seize them.

What do Leonardo Da Vinci, Rush Limbaugh, and Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer have in common?  Two things:  Unsurpassed success.  And the haunting feeling of being a failure.

That's not to say they're totally wrong.  Da Vinci didn't finish lots of paintings, including what was perhaps his finest Battle of Anghiari.

Rush didn't convince tens of millions of people to reject socialism and hyper-regulation.

Dakota Meyer didn't save the four men he promised to.

But I hope, particularly this time of year, that all of us who have failed are able to ask, "But was I good?"  And if the answer is yes, we should take a respite from guilt.

The New York Times has published a historically shocking article.  In it, it quotes a professor on the topic of doling out limited vaccines:  “To me the issue of ethics is very significant, very important for this country and clearly favors the essential worker group because of the high proportion of minority, low-income and low-education workers among essential workers.”  In other words, racial favoritism should be used to decide vaccine decisions.  The American left are rapidly moving from "wrong" to "evil."
