Jim leaves the door to the linen closet open, and Katie often bumps into it. Jim suggestion is that they remove the door. Katie rejects that proposal. 

Cooper Niemand is a former coach, like Jim. Coach Coop now dedicates his time to helping coaches navigate the stress and burnout associated with sports. 

Jim uses Katie's laptop and leaves it in random places. Katie almost missed a Zoom meeting. Jim uses it for podcasting and printing. He's unaware of other printing options in the house. 

Professional hockey player turned Nashville singer/songwriter Rob Bellamy is Jim's guest this week. Jim is a big fan of Rob's introspective songwriting style. Rob hopes the stigma of being vulnerable in sports environment is dissipating. 

When Jim sees a box of doughnuts on the counter and opens it to find a bunch of halves, he knows Katie has been through. Katie can't decide which one she wants. so she samples each pastry. 

Optwell founder and president Kris Lonsway is Jim's guest this week. Jim was a featured speaker at an Optwell mental wellness event at Lyons Township High School. 

Jim has an unfortunate habit of speaking with his mouth full at the dinner table. Katie not only finds it off-putting, she's also concerned that the kids are picking up the bad habit

Ben Shabad won the Jeremy Allen White lookalike contest in 2024. His resemblance to The Bear star is only one part of Ben's story. Ben is a therapist who specializes in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. 

There are multiple acceptable places to leave wet, snowy, salty boots at the Maley household. Somehow, Jim misses the mat. He claims the boots get knocked off the mat by the kids.
