The Mandela Effect refers to a large mass of people believing that an event occurred when it did not, based on memories (or false memories). Named by paranormal researcher, Fiona Broome, the Mandela Effect is defined as an instance when you remember something that doesn’t match with historical records.

The name of this phenomenon was coined after political leader Nelson Mandela’s death in 2013. Countless people swore he died when he was held prisoner in the 1980s and distinctly remember news coverage of the funeral.

In this fun episode, we will go over some interesting examples that many suggest are actual anomalies, and we will also look at some of the theories to explain such anomalies if indeed real.
