Have you ever thought to yourself, "They (student) just need to try harder! She (parent) needs to be a better parent. He (colleague) isn't doing his job." You know these thoughts aren't doing anyone any good, but you don't know how to get them out of your head.
We get it. All of those shoulds and superlatives can cloud our thinking. We might even do the work of questioning our thoughts and accepting them, but we still feel stuck and don’t know how to turn our mindset around.
