WWE does a couple of things well in the latest half-canon non-US show, but the Fiend winning the title a world away irks our Mark. But travel issues made for an interesting Smackdown, presented by NXT! Plus AEW crowns inaugural tag champs.

No it's not a PowerPoint presentation for Braun Stroman, we're not that dumb. With most of the fandom checking out from the Saudi Arabia previews that have been Raw and Smackdown, we follow suit. So here's some funny clips from planning sessions and some spot on commentary from last week's planning that still is relevant this week.

The draft fizzled, the Firefly Fun House fizzled. Daby Allin fizzled. We try to find the best of the past week. And then we realized that Crown Jewel was next and there was rage.

Holy crap what a busy week in wrestling. #WWE debuted 3 shows in their new formats, #AEW debuted, even IMPACT had stuff going on. Oh and there's an underbooked PPV coming up too.

This podcast features the last Matt Recap, but don't fret, he ain't going nowhere. Like the WWE and AEW (and five to six other relevant national feds), we're putting our focus on the future.

New segments next week! But this week settle in with some sharp and witty commentary.

We talk some big returns of unhappy wrestlers who are back in big storylines, one of which also found a certain missing mustache. NXT is now on TV. Plus, can Matt guess the creepiest wrestlers in #WWE history? If not, he's TOAST.

The Smark loves the return to all titles defended at Clash of Champions and the Mark realizes that a commentator was actually once a wrestler! Crazy!
