What’s going on in your head? I know when I got started I had all these limiting beliefs coming at me.

I want you to ask yourself somethings:

- “What do I offer that’s different than anything else?” In the same way people are special to one another in relationships, what you offer is unique and valuable.

- “What will people say about me?” Putting yourself out there takes vulnerability. Trust in your own expertise. With great risk comes great reward.

- “What if it’s not good enough?” Don’t wait to launch your business until everything is perfect. Your ideal clients need your business right now.

Here’s how to start an online coaching business with confidence:

- Tell three people about your business. Discussing your plans makes them real and builds accountability.

- Introduce yourself in three online communities. Visit Facebook Groups, industry forums, LinkedIn, or wherever your target audience hangs out.

For two weeks, show up daily in those online communities. Connect with target clients by starting and joining conversations.

3 Must Have Elements Of Online Marketing For Coaches

It’s a great time to be an online coach. In this video, I talk about online marketing for coaches and share my top three tips for standing out in the crowd.

Here’s how to set yourself apart from the competition:

1. Create more content. Showing up on social media and via email is how you introduce your business and start building relationships. Begin with daily content aimed at your target audience. I would do with weekly YouTube videos, monthly blog posts, and repurposed content. Potential clients are looking, so make yourself easy to find.

2. Focus on VIDEO content. Be present on YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Stories and Reels and of course TikTok. People prefer to watch or listen rather than read, and potential clients respond to you “in the flesh” where they get to know, like and trust you. Remember, just be you.

3. Make your message specific. In your content, show the value of your coaching services by pointing out how you’re different from other online coaches. Tell them what they can expect from you and why you are such a great fit for them.
