In this week's episode of The Marketing Guide Podcast, I interview Shannon Forrest of Rívesci (REE-VESS-EE)  who runs her business with her husband Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone. 

They started out Rívesci (REE-VESS-EE)  as a food truck initially offering their customers a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes cooked in their vintage caravan. During the first COVID-19 lockdown Rívesci pivoted their business to become full-time condiment makers and have had fantastic growth during the pandemic. They now sell their Cashew Chilli Crush and Red Onion Marmalade in over 100 stores throughout Ireland and in their online store.

Their story is truly inspiring and they share everything they have learnt along the way and how marketing and PR have helped scale their business.

What is the buyer's journey? 

The buyer’s journey is the combination of steps that you lead your prospect goes through before becoming a paying customer. Each person who buys from you goes through a research and decision process that will lead to a purchase or sign up. It is every step that someone needs to take before deciding if they want to buy from you. 

There are a few different variations of the buyer's journey and ones that are a lot more complex then what I am teaching you today but getting a grasp of this model will help you turn your leads into paying customers and gain an understanding of what the buyer goes through every step of the way on Instagram.
