Yes, I know I say in the title this is episode 45- but I decided to release this one AHEAD of schedule because it is something I have seen a huge spike in-- people coming to me with disabled ad accounts asking for help.

One of the questions I get asked the most is, “how do you do it all?!”

I only work about 10-15 hours a week and yet I manage two membership sites, dozens of courses and workshops, and produce a weekly blog, podcast, and youtube video (not to mention the bajillion little tasks behind the scenes to keep it all running smoothly).

Here’s the big secret:

Know what tasks are MOST IMPORTANT (the money makers, the QBR, the needle movers, the linchpin tasks, whatever you want to call them) and which are inside of your genius zone.

Any tasks that don’t fit that bill can and should eventually be delegated off the visionary’s plate (in my biz, that’ me!).

In this episode I share the 9 new tasks I’m delegating (previously I was ONLY delegating Pinterest management, YouTube posting, and Podcast editing) and why-- along with a list of tasks I’m keeping on my plate (for now).
