But the positive that ALWAYS comes out is when you DO figure it out...you will know something new for the future. You will feel so proud that you we’re able to figure it out! 

So if that problem ever arises in the future, you know how to handle it/or know how to advise a client when they ask for something similar. And the next time it will be soooo much less stressful and you might feel grateful you went through the tough season figuring it out before because the second time it comes around you’ll be like I got this! 👌🏻

Most of us got into entrepreneurship because we wanted more control over our income, impact, opportunities, and most of all— FREEDOM. ⁣ ⁣ But to reach the first level of success, IT’S A GRIND. And it’s so easy to keeping going and going in that hamster wheel, forgetting to take advantage of that “time freedom” we all set out to have. ⁣ ⁣ When 2020 began, I realized that 2019 was my year of hustle. I grew our team, scaled our income, and our online presence. ⁣ ⁣ When this new year began, I made a commitment to myself to work on our internal team structure, systems, and operations...to create a truly scalable business while achieving these dreams that I had in the beginning- including time freedom. ⁣ ⁣ A few things that I had to put into place is: ⁣ - Giving more responsibility to my team, and letting them take leadership of their tasks. ⁣ - Giving up control and trusting my team with the day to day projects. ⁣ - Taking weekends off. ⁣ - BOOKING LITTLE GETAWAYS. ✨

My Secret Sauce To A Booked Out Agency ➡️ ⁣ ⁣ A couple of days ago, I posted on stories how before our getaway last week...our agency was almost booked out until September. Then after our weeklong getaway, I came home to 6 booked sales calls this week. 🙈🙈🙈 ⁣ ⁣ The W I L D thing is in the last month or two, I have not been actively seeking out leads. So what’s our secret sauce to all this? I put up a poll on my story (see slide 2) and 100% of you said “YES PLEASE” to giving you all the deets. ⁣So here it is!
