In the first episode of the year we decided to do things differently, there was a guy Martin and Charlie would see around and then he disappeared, recently he's resurfaced and going all in on a rap career. The album is dropping next month and he has meetings with major labels.  We knew him as Devon Brent now he also goes by Codeine Martin.  He's still trying to do some comedy and has been controversial figure, but it's a very interesting interview, crazy all around and Devon even recorded a freestyle to end the podcast!  

This the last show of the year and of the decade even! We wanted to end 2019 how we started 2019, with The Midnight Gardeners!  They're a comedy group, collective, troupe, whatever you want to call them!  The episode starts all over the place, each of us trying to recap the decade then we have special guests Santa, an elf, and Owen Wilson stop by.  We end with a rap battle and a new parody song!  It's a great way to the end the year!

On this special episode, Martin, Charlie, and their guests, comedians, Joey Duffield and Clara Steiner do a power hour. From start to finish, when a bell rings, everyone takes a shot of beer.  We mainly talk about drinking, vomiting, and comedy. It starts pretty causal and by the end, well, you can tell at least one person is drunk, Martin.  It's a great time and you can play at home with us!

Sami Sfeir returns as a guest.  We go over a lot of stuff, but we go into how Sami lives his life- only eating animals, sleeping with tape on his mouth, not using soap, eating sardines! Sami has gained a better quality of life! Then we talk about the usual stuff like food, latex vacuum, porn and 9/11 conspiracies.  And we end it by reading a nice holiday poem over the cracking sounds of a log burning. It's a good time!

On this episode our guest was John Hedrick!  He was a great guest who brought us a giant bag of popcorn!!  We're kinda all over the place talking about John's time in college and doing the show Maryland Night Live while he was there.  We introduce the first character on the show, 'The Corny Cuck', it's as great as it sounds. We talk about what we're doing for Thanksgiving, say things we're thankful, and drop the first ever Thanksgiving rap song called 'Thanksgiving Sex'! It's a good time!

Our guest this episode is Jill Gonzalez! She actually has a lot TV/radio credits working as a financial reporter, but she just started comedy, so we're her first podcast comedy credit!  We start the show briefly discussing Martin's appearance on Kill Tony, then we talk about all the free stuff Jill gets, all the dudes who DM her on ig to ask her out, we question if that's creepy and try to get Martin to do it which makes him very uncomfortable, we quiz Jill on econ a bit, talk strip clubs, and the show ends with Martin shooting his shot! It's a fun time!

Being a DC based podcast, there is one guest no other DC comedy show has had on and this show have him!  If you have ever performed, tried, or gone to a comedy show in DC you have most likely come across Jon Yeager! Jon runs a bunch of comedy shows, which he talks about it.  We remember his dog Stout and check out dogs online, which was probably too soon to do!  Jon can come up with jokes like that, so we time him and see how many puns he can do in a minutes, jokes on a topic in a minute, and impressions in a minute! He was a great guest and the gang was all here, yes, Charlie too!  It was a fun time!

On this episode our guest was Caitlin McDevitt! She's a comedian and there is much more to her than just the title of this episode! But she is from Idaho and we talked about that.  She has own podcast about the TV show Riverdale, called Swimming in Sweetwater.  And we do try out some spells, however, that's not part of her personality, Martin just wanted to try some out!  Caitlin also read high school poetry, which is still entertaining. Charlie is gone again, but we have Graham our audio engineer and our soundboard back! It's a great time!

On this show Martin sits down with the self proclaimed "new face of thot comedy", Jenny Questell!; she's more than that though! Jenny helps Martin with his tinder profile; maybe he gets a match, Jenny reads poems she wrote in high school, which are as good as they sound, then Martin's memory card gets full so both him and Jenny have to go to his apartment to clear up space and continue to record because this show is professional.  After that delay Jenny talks about the show she doesn't host but helps out at and discusses how she got sick a few months back and seriously almost died.  She gets very sincere, no one has ever gotten that deep on the show!  It's real!  It's fun! Great episode!

It's been awhile since anyone has seen my good friend, frequent guest of the show, Matt Eisenberg, perform stand up comedy.  He still tries to get around, but he has been involved in a new interest, Dungeons and Dragons! Matt is actually a Dungeon Master now and I agreed to play with him, so in this episode we create my character! My character is Norm the cat person; he's not actually called a cat person, but that's basically what he is.  We make my character, go on a mini-example quest, talk other nerd stuff, and go way off topic at the end! Matt's still doing well! This is a fun episode and if you want to get in on our upcoming adventure, hit up Matt!
