It's so important not to allow all your emotions to remain harbored inside only to manifest themselves into physical and mental symptoms.

Anticipating the death of a loved one or after someone has died can be one of the most difficult experiences of your life.

Every one of us deals with our grief in a different way.

But if we are to survive this pain, we need to release it along the way. We can't disregard it or hold it in.

That's why I created these journals so you can always have a way to comfort yourself by writing it all out.

Illegal immigrants being granted all sorts of benefits at the expense of American citizens and Veterans; the possibility of wars on our own soil and a draft of your children; inflation so high we can barely keep up; our jobs disappearing; mortgage and rent skyrocketing; homeless at an all time high; lawlessness in all major cities because the mayors have ordered the police to stand down and not arrest those breaking the law, looting the stores; the border patrol ordered to stand down and just let anyone to cross illegally into our country. It's such a mess.

Vote as if your life depends on it...because it does.

Can we possibly survive another 4 years like this?

Hurricane Helene has left hundreds dead, homeless and millions without power, water, cell phone service, food and more. It's affected the southern United States, particularly in communities in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina but especially in Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina.

Government agencies responsible for assisting, FEMA, have shown to be incompetent.

Remember this when you vote next month. Your government is not going to be there for you when tragedy strikes.

It was the local community that began the research and recovery. And we are hearing reports that locals who are donating goods are being told they will be arrested if they do so. WTF is that about?
