On today's episode, the boys are joined by Cameron from Mtor Apparel.

They kicked off the conversation with Cameron sharing what's to come from Mtor this year, which is very exciting!

The conversation then lead into how we can get consumed by our limiting thoughts when we are in a lower state and how things seem so much worse when we get caught in those thoughts.

The boys shine light on the importance of being gentle and patient with yourself in those times and to not judge or criticise yourself because it will only delay the process of it passing.

We hope you get some value from this conversation as always, thank you for the support x

So this episode almost didn't happen but the universe had other plans haha Zarb and Gamble were out at dinner catching up after not seeing each other for a week, when they had the nudge to go straight to the studio after to record an episode.

On the way, they see Andrew who is one of Gambles coaching clients at the ATM and decide to invite him onto the show haha

This lead to a beautiful conversation around stepping up for yourself and following the path of personal development, as Andrew did and has now turned his whole life around for the better.

On today's episode Zarb and Gamble talk about why it's important to clearly communicate your needs to the people around you, no one knows what you need unless it's spoken about.

We too often have subconscious expectations of how we expect the people to show up in our relationships without it ever being communicated, so start having these conversations, speak your truth and watch your relationships evolve.
