We sat down with Nick Dorsch, one of Tampa Bay’s youngest and quickest rising entrepreneurs and stars. Nick and his two brothers are the owners of multiple businesses which include more than 25 Papa John’s restaurant stores, Tampa Triumph, and Mojo’s bar and grill.
Nick is a Florida bar attorney. He shares his origin story and his dad’s story. We picked his brain on his family's rise to success, the hard work it takes to maintain it, and got business tips for young entrepreneurs. My nickname for him is “Tony Stark”

Leonard is a retired army officer, PhD, Mentor, business owner, and entertainer. He shares his amazing journey of living abroad, speaking different languages, performing in numerous countries, military life, family, and the payoff of hard work and perseverance. Capt. Swift is a retired Navy Captain, US Naval Academy Blue & Gold Officer/ Area Coordinator,  Triathlon and Running  Coach (RRCA and USAT Certified Coach). He has completed numerous Full Ironman Triathlons, multiple Marathons, and countless races of varying distances. In other words he is a CERTIFIED BADASS. He stopped in to talk about the amount of discipline required not to die while doing these things and in life in general. 

Rauol is a former Pharma sales rep turned entrepreneur. He came by to chop it up with me and go over how he started his business on a shoestring budget and turned it into a very profitable undertaking, filling a need and using wit. Rauol also discusses the challenges of being the David in a world of Goliaths, and how he rose above.   

Melissa is an entrepreneur, a mother of 4 boys, the owner of  Melissa Snively State Farm Agency, recipient of the highest award the Boys Scouts of America can give. She is also a very active board member of the 8th largest school board in the nation, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of a 5 Star Chamber of Commerce.  Melissa has received countless national awards of recognition for her mentoring, business practices, and volunteerism. In other words, we had the honor of sitting and talking to a real “BOSS LADY” as she shared so many great stories and insight as to how she manages it all.
