Julie Roginsky and Michelle Kinney break down explosive testimony from former ICE instructor Ryan Schwank, who resigned from the agency and told Congress that ICE’s accelerated hiring push is sending undertrained officers into the field without a clear understanding of constitutional limits or lawful use of force.

Schwank testified that ICE training was cut from 72 days to 42 days in less than a year, with key use-of-force instruction removed. He warned that thousands of new officers could graduate without knowing their constitutional duty — or how to recognize an unlawful order.
