A lot of times in coaching I talk about what to do, methods, techniques, creation of new things, like new thoughts and adding new habits to your routine. But sometimes new results can come from not doing things as well.
So I thought about the top things that I see others doing, my clients and myself and decided to put them in a podcast today just in case you need to remember to quit doing them.
