Pedagogy of the oppressed by Paulo Freire is a book i used as research reference for the podcast in many previous episodes, it was also a revelation as a read to me individually. I decided to make a short series of 4 episodes about this book, one episode for each chapter, in order to introduce people to this book. This is an episode about chapter one of the book, i wanted to present and illustrate this chapter by using a song of Bob marley "Redemption song". This episode was technically hard to elaborate but i finished it and i enjoyed writing it. Important note : please do not consider this discussion of chapter 1 from the book as a summary, it is not. The apolitiscism in today's digital content is an episode written to discuss how a part of the audience gets often turned off when a political dimension is discussed in the intellectual, historical, sociological type of content. And how this type of content is advised to be apolitical (not being interested in politics) when certain subjects they discuss have inevitably a political dimension to them.

What is the difference between the actual ancient philosophy of Stoicism and neo-stoicism or selective stoicism (with a lower case s)?
