I have a deep compassion for people suffering from severe OCD (Obsessive Compulsion Disorder), because I have myself.

Though I still have it to a certain extent, I have been lucky enough to largely free myself from it, partially by working through it, and partially just growing out of it.

But not everyone is that lucky.

There are now some new interresting therapies developed, and I personally know someone who got "well" after just 10 days in a Norwegian clinic in Trondheim. there is hope! Do not give up!

Learning how to express emotions in a healthy way is crucial.

Anger turned inward often transforms into a depression.

In this episode I use an example from my own life to further explore the topic.
