Hi, I’m Cher, Welcome to today’s episode. Today I will be discussing sleep from a holistic point of view. We all know that sleep is so important for our, mental and physical health as well as how we perform. Did you know it also plays a big part in our immune system, longevity, and even our skin?
We always think about ways to improve our sleep when we need to go to sleep or a few hours before we get into bed. But doing research I have seen many studies showing that it’s how we set up our day that determines when we fall asleep and even the quality of sleep. This is just for people who struggle with routine and slight sleeping problems. If you have severe sleep disorders or suspect you have for example insomnia or restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and sleep apnea I would suggest seeing a doctor or sleep specialist.
