What's up y'all?!
Boy has it been a minute. . . where has DaAujana been you may be asking. Well, that's a long story. She got the Rhabdo y'all and it took her out for a week, but she survived and she's back and better than eva, doing endless chemistry problems and dreaming about protists in her sleep. In this week's episode, which was actually supposed to be posted way earlier but DaAujana is a procrastinator, she goes into what Rhabdo is(way too much low key) and also about a little experience she had with some of the people she currently has in her life. She reflects on her track record of finding it hard to truly open up to people and feel comfortable opening up and how she can ultimately begin to do so in the future. Overall, this diary entry is just a chill update of what has been going on for the past week and a half. We hope y'all are doing amazing and giving yourself all the love and grace you need. Happy listening!<3π
What's up y'all?!
In this week's spoken word diary entry, DaAujana reflects on what it truly means to feel alone in a room full of people- I know, it's a real thing- and she shares her stories and the first time she truly felt that she was all by herself even with others. She goes on to briefly talk about social anxiety and societal beauty standards and the impacts that they can have on self confidence, often times leading one to not feel completely comfortable enough to be themselves around others. Through this week's entry, DaAujana hopes to give y'all hope that even when we find ourselves in moments where we feel alone, we don't have to remain in those places- we can learn to instead show love to ourselves and find peace within those moments until time prompts us to move into the next moment. DaAujana sends all of you so much love and she hopes that y'all find happiness and laughter while listening. Until next time<333333
