We value and welcome feedback from our listeners and one of the things I’ve heard mentioned often was how the show sounds like a conversation, truth is, that’s pretty much what it is. This show is actually a conversation we had last year in December when SoulScribe Omaria asked me what is my vision for The Mental Health Cypher’s online presence. Being members of a few of the same groups, we talked about what we’ve learned from the groups personally and professionally that can be used in consideration of starting our own group. The close to 2 hour conversation was edited down to a half hour with majority of it speaking about tips and techniques we use to keep a harmony with our ego. In an effort for transparency and a small peek into our behind the scenes discussions, you’ll see for the most part that our conversations and podcast are really one in the same, enjoy!
