Both work closely with so many different individuals from all walks of life, and similarly the core of their work is about supporting people. Specifically with fitness goals and wellbeing for Benji and for Natalie, helping clients with ptsd, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self esteem building is at the heart of what she does on a daily basis
