Imagine having a sick child – and not being able to afford even the most basic medical care.  That’s the problem Akosua [Ah-koe-sueo-ah] faced in Benin, West Africa.

Audie Murphy was an actor and the most decorated World War II hero.  But he wasn’t good with money.  His widow, Pamela, was left with large debts.  So, in 1971 she took a job as a clerk at a VA Hospital … and became an angel of mercy.
