No matter where you are in your business growth, you need to focus on one thing – your mission and then work from there. Having 3 pillars of your business - 3 access points - allows people to come into community with you on different levels and in different ways. Once you have a foundation of three, you can then add other things as you grow. You don’t have to squirrel and do it all at the same time. Start with a strong foundation of three.

There are many ways you can do this, including:
Having them take the Enneagram test to get a better idea of strengths/weaknesses
Have a gathering and meet their spouses
Get comfortable with the people you work with.


Remember how Jesus discipled and sat at the same table with them.




One of my clients, Natalie Petroskey started her business during the pandemic. She owns Legacy Lacrosse, because she knew kids needed and wanted the human to human connection. Today‘s episode is with Mark Smith from the 7-2 Mindset Investor Podcast. He dropped so many truth bombs and I‘m going to have to go back and listen to this again with my pen and paper in hand.

He said that fear and joy can‘t co-exist and you all know my passion for joy and #upjoy. He teaches us how to break through it, not just from a sales perspective, which I was super grateful for the nuggets in that regard, but from the place of being in that place of self awareness, that place of identity standing within the self purposed and aware of the calling.
