  • Don't Fall For The Trap of The Spirituality Movement.

    Send us Fan Mail

    Summary
In this conversation, Samuel discusses the concept of the 'spirituality trap,' emphasizing the importance of self-discovery and personal growth. He explores how the spiritual community can sometimes lead individuals away from their true essence, urging listeners to push their physical limits and embrace their emotions. Samuel highlights the significance of finding answers within oneself rather than relying on external practices or substances. The conversation encourages a deeper understanding of spirituality as a personal journey rather than a set of prescribed practices.

The Messenger begins by acknowledging that this conversation is not a critique of anyone’s path, but rather an invitation to reflect on the ways spirituality can sometimes be misused or misunderstood. He delves into the oxymorons often found within spiritual teachings—such as labeling the body as a mere “meat suit” while also emphasizing the profound connection between our physical vessels and our spiritual essence. Are we undermining the very tools that enable us to experience and grow?

Through personal reflections, the Messenger shares how new awareness and eye-opening moments can sometimes lead to unintended consequences, such as guilt and shame over past behaviors. These emotions, if left unchecked, can hold us back, creating subconscious patterns that stall progress. He challenges us to ask: Are we making changes to improve or out of fear and self-judgment?

The episode also highlights the importance of discernment in navigating the spiritual world. Not all teachings, knowledge, or guidance are meant to serve your highest good—some can manipulate or keep you stagnant. Spirituality should empower, not restrict.

“Don’t live in fear of others judgment – move in a way that’s authentic to you”

In this episode, the conversation dives into the importance of having clarity in your “yes” and “no” and the power of standing firmly in your decisions. Our producer, B, opens up with a personal story about keeping a promise to his daughter, highlighting how committed he is to his “yes,” while acknowledging how his “no” can sometimes be less certain. This leads to a discussion on how fully owning your decisions can help you avoid regret in the future.

Throughout the episode, The Messenger and B explore why it’s essential not to feel pressured into saying “yes” when you mean “no” and how setting boundaries with directness and authenticity allows you to live more aligned with your self appointed  purpose. They share insights on releasing the fear of judgment from others and focusing on what resonates with your own values, vision, and purpose.

Together, they unpack how allowing yourself to take time with decisions can lead to better alignment with your goals. If you’re still uncertain, they emphasize that it’s okay to take a step back until you feel fully clear on your response. This episode reminds us that saying “yes” with conviction and “no” with confidence is a powerful way to stay true to yourself, even as life and goals evolve.

    Quotes:
“ You don’t have to say ‘ I  can’t do something’ Just because you don’t want to do say yes, or no, and stand on that”
“ Don’t say yes, when you want to say no”
“You don’t owe anyone an explanation If you don’t want to give one – be direct with your yes, and no”
“Don’t live in fear of others judgment – move in a way that’s authentic to you”

    Things that were shared:
Start off with a B talking about his personal ‘yes’ That he has with his daughter and how he keeps that promise/yes with her and how he talked about how his ‘no’ Can be wishy-washy and not an actual no, more like a no-ish
The convo  continued down the same path of yes, and no, and meaning it, and how when you stand on what you actually mean, it won’t lead to regret in the future- also taking time to make your decisions – if you don’t have a firm, yes or no choose to take the time to think it through
Furthermore, adding by saying how you don’t owe anyone an explanation, but saying you’re yes and no – if you’re moving in your aligned vision/purpose you just make the choice of yes or no, and stand firm in it – be able to say it with your full expression And without regret/shame
Further, furthermore, you can change your mind if it doesn’t align with your vision/goals/heart anymore – because that can create unnecessary issues/obstacles/circumstances that are not or no longer productive for you

The Messenger emphasizes the importance of **decision making**, urging viewers to approach choices with **clarity** and **intentional living**. By having a definite aim and **life purpose**, you can confidently say yes or no to opportunities. Cultivate **self-discipline** to align your actions with your goals.

“Take steps into the unknown where opportunities are abundant.”

In this episode, the discussion focuses on the importance of having a clear vision for yourself and how that clarity directly influences your ability to say “yes” or “no” with confidence. The Messenger begins by sharing a personal parenting story, then transitions into the concept of vision—explaining how having a strong sense of what you want and don’t want makes decision-making easier and guilt-free. When you’re clear on your purpose and direction, your choices become aligned with your true intentions, and you won’t feel torn between conflicting decisions.

The conversation also dives into the importance of leaving space for the unknown. The Messenger emphasizes that in life, gray areas will inevitably appear, and it’s in these moments that you must rely on discernment to navigate the uncertainty. By using this discernment, you can find clarity in your “yes” and “no” responses, ensuring that your decisions align with your vision and benefit both yourself and those around you. This episode encourages listeners to stay mindful of where they focus their energy, embrace the unknown, and take intentional steps toward their desired future.

Topic: Let your yes mean yes; and your no mean no / having a clear self vision (ties into you having a clear yes and no) / Leaving space for the unknown

    Quotes:
“What is it that you want …”
“What do you want to create?”
“Be aware of where you Focus your energy”
“… take steps into the unknown where opportunities are abundant”

Recap of Things that were shared:
The messenger started off with a story (A parenting story), Then transitioned the Conversation to vision and how when you have a clear vision on what you do and don’t want your yes’s and no’s Are clear, it becomes easy to respond and choose the right response for you- And when you have that vision, you also won’t be eaten up by guilt and torn between decisions – this can also be tied to purpose and how you choose to design your purpose to be – you need to be able to have a clear decision-making skill first
The messenger, then touches on the topic of leaving space for the unknown – this space is going to come up sometimes (Like a gray area) Which you now need to use your discernment to make a decision good/beneficial for you and your vision/all - When you take the time to use the discernment, you will find a solid yes or no

  • Unlocking Happiness and Purpose Through Self-Love and Resilience

    Send us Fan Mail

“ Nobody has the answer to your happiness, but you”

In this episode, The Messenger explains the deep and interconnected relationship between happiness and purpose, while also expressing how they can transform your life when embraced authentically. The conversation kicks off with The Messenger recounting a seemingly ordinary moment in the gym that quickly evolved into a profound discussion on spirituality. A man, initially discussing real estate on the phone, found himself pulled into a conversation about purpose and happiness, alongside another individual who had just started exploring his spiritual journey. This spontaneous gathering becomes a pivotal point for the episode, setting the tone for a deeper exploration into what truly makes us happy and how our purpose shapes our lives.

As the discussion unfolds, The Messenger introduces the idea that happiness is not necessarily born from hardship, but from the resilience we build in choosing to face life’s challenges. He emphasizes that while difficult experiences may shape us, it’s the wisdom we gain from them—and how we apply that wisdom to make conscious choices—that leads to genuine happiness. Resilience, rather than victimhood, becomes a key part of the conversation. Instead of letting hardships define us, we learn to use our experiences to grow, strengthening our capacity to find joy and meaning in life.

The episode then shifts gears to address a fundamental question: What is my purpose, truly? Is it something we choose for ourselves, or are we influenced by the world’s expectations of who we should be? The Messenger challenges listeners to reframe their thinking about purpose—not as a rigid goal dictated by society or circumstance, but as a fluid, ongoing journey of self-discovery. Your purpose, he explains, is to be the best version of yourself, to live fully and unapologetically in your own truth. The true measure of success isn’t about external achievements but about cultivating a deep, unwavering love for yourself and living a life that feels whole and fulfilling.

Join us in this compelling episode as we break down the path to happiness and purpose, offering insights into how to live a fulfilled life. You’ll learn that the key to both happiness and purpose lies within you, and that by nurturing yourself and building resilience, you can create a life of abundance, joy, and meaning.

    Things that were shared:
Started off with a story about being in the gym and overhearing a man’s Real estate issues while he was on the phone and how The Messenger  gave him new ways to look at things and instead of a further real estate talk, they had a spiritual talk – another guy joined the Convo and how he just started looking into spirituality – then they all were  sharing their perspectives on spirituality- then the topic of happiness started to slowly trickle in; The Messenger brought up that happiness doesn’t come from hard things (he said this, because the guy who decided to join the conversation, who just found spirituality, was saying how happiness comes from hard things in life, and that’s the reason why we become more grateful because we go through hard things) The Messenger brought up resilience, and how resilience comes from choosing to do hard things and how you use that resilience can contribute to a more genuine form of happiness
The following conversation got turned into a resilience talk and “ What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” basically- gain resilience over being a victim in your life – using The wisdom you gain from all the experiences as a benefit for your happiness, and do the uncomfortable things to define the wisdom
The next thing that was talked about was purpose – your purpose is you and being the best version of you – loving yourself so much that you have a completely fulfilled life, unwaveringly

    "Trust but verify"

In this special Producer Edition of The Messenger Podcast, B opens up about his powerful experience witnessing the Messenger's transformative 40-day elemental cleanse and how it affected him personally and spiritually. The cleanse, which involved fasting and aligning with the elements of earth, water, air, fire, and spirit, was more than just a physical process. For B, it was an eye-opening opportunity to see how spiritual practices align with physical reality, as the shifts in energy were reflected in measurable changes, like improvements in medical markers such as bloodwork.

The discussion begins with B expressing his gratitude for being part of this profound experience and observing firsthand how spiritual work can have tangible results. He reflects on how the spiritual insights gained during the cleanse lined up with the research The Messenger shared about his new understanding of health, energy, and the human body. The episode also touches on B's initial perception of the cleanse and the Messenger himself, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at their collaboration and the deep bond they formed through their shared journey.

The conversation then dives into their first recording session together, where both B and the Messenger reflect on their emotions and thoughts going into it. While also expressing how the experience affected them. Through this discussion, they emphasize the importance of authenticity, vulnerability, and openness within this space, and how it can lead to an impactful growth for not just themselves but those who they share it with. And how sharing their experiences through the podcast can help others on similar journeys. By offering their stories and insights, B and the Messenger hope to inspire others to start their own path of self-discovery. As they discuss, sharing knowledge is like planting seeds-it's up to the individual to decide whether to nurture and grow from it.

    Things that were shared:

Started off with B talking about his experience witnessing the messenger go through his 40 day process, and how he felt appreciative to have those experiences(To have that shared with him)- He also found it interesting how the spiritual talk matched the physical research– While he was having the opportunity to be there, he was able to see how it shifted/changed the energy and changing the medical markers(The results of the bloodwork)– Which led to a Convo about how B first ever perceived the idea of the elemental cleanse, and how he also perceived the messenger
They then talked about the first time they did a recording with one another and how they both felt going into it/while doing it as well

The Convo, then transitioned to them talking about the impact it has on the both of them(How the elemental cleanse showed them things they did and didn't know – also giving proof/evidence to the things they didn't know from their research) Also explaining the impact that sharing has(Like the podcast) Can help others on the same journey or showing someone they can start the journey.

  • Discover The Power of the Elements: Air, Water, Earth, Fire & Spirit: A 40-Day Journey

    Send us Fan Mail

“ Everything is a reflection of everything”

In this episode, The Messenger delves deep into the transformative power of the five elements—Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Ether/Spirit—sharing his personal journey of connection and discovery through an intense 40-day elemental cleanse. As he recounts his experience, he offers profound insights into how each element represents not only the natural world around us but also the inner workings of our own consciousness and spiritual growth.

The cleanse, as The Messenger explains, was divided into four phases: 10 days dry fast with no food or water, 10 days of a liquid fast, 10 days of eating only raw, earthy foods, and 10 days dedicated to the fire element by incorporating cooked foods. Each phase connected him deeply to a specific element, revealing powerful realizations about the nature of existence, our place in the universe, and the oneness of all things. Throughout his journey, he shares vivid experiences and lessons from each phase. But all connecting to one final sensation of oneness- fully embodying each element creating a deeper sense of connection beyond words.

As The Messenger shares his powerful experiences, he also emphasizes the importance of recognizing that “what you see is not what you see,” encouraging listeners to move beyond the surface of reality and realize that the world is a reflection of deeper truths. He highlights that life is not a game, and warns against approaching it as such.

All in all, The Messenger urges the collective to grow with the elements, as the consciousness of the Earth is rapidly expanding. Nature, he reminds us, waits for no one. Ignorance will not stop the evolution of the planet, and we must evolve with it, aligning ourselves with the elements and the natural world in order to rise to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

    Things that were shared:
The messenger started off with saying why the elements are near and dear to his heart – he had a download to do a 40 day elemental cleanse (10 Days no food or water, 10 days of a liquid fast, 10 days of having earthly foods like salad and veggies, then 10 days of the fire element – meaning now adding meat/cooked food) He was sharing his experience with the whole Cleanse and one of the craziest things he experienced (Besides surprisingly, still having energy) was what he was hearing – which were tones and vibrations and set of words, he was still able to understand it as well
He went on to the connections. He had felt with each element as he went on through the Cleanse
Air – he felt a sense of oneness  – he felt as if he became one with the air
Water – He went to the ocean – he fell and saw how his breath became in sync with the waves – how he felt invited to/called into the water and how he felt This surge of energy that brought up that same Feeling of oneness
Earth – during the time of the Earth part of the cleanse, the connections he had were similar to the other elements. He had experience prior while also doing this part of the cleanse he saw how our bodies have similar make up to the Earth, like our bodies are made up of 70% of water, the same as the Earth. He also started grounding and feeling with that sense of oneness yet again.
Fire – while the 10 days of honoring the fire element, he lit up 3 tea light candles, and meditated multiple times in a day until the candles went out – during those meditations, he yet again felt the same sense of oneness
He ended it off with the ‘why’  he chose To speak about elements and how us as a collective need to grow with the elements because of the consciousness of the Earth is growing/expanding and nature waits for no one (Nature does not abide by ignorance)
