She let go

And just like that,

she let go.

She didn't shout it to the skies.

She didn’t whisper it to the waters and

she didn’t even tell the trees.

She didn’t need anyone else to hear.

She didn’t even say it in silence to herself.

She let go in a way that didn’t need deeds or words.

So just like that, 

she let go.
