This show finds us opening up the last Metalhead Box, shooting the shit about the big 4, drinking some beer and giving our twisted reviews of said beers, and just a lot of bullshit making the rounds.

Juan and I got to sit down and free form bullshit with James and Zach from Burial in the Sky. It was a great time shooting the shit with these two killer musicians and great dudes to boot! hope you all enjoy!

We had the great honor of being joined by Mike Truehart of Andhera in the basement studio. Mike gives us an inside glimpse of the workings of an up and coming band, and what goes on behind the scenes . Mike is a beer nut like the rest of us , which only makes this show even more fun!

We got to sit down with local legend Frank Phobia here in the basement studio, and bullshit about all manner of great subjects. Frank has been in involved in all facets of the music industry for a good chunk of his life and has loads of great stories.
